If you’re happy to collect your hire items yourself, collection from Lewiston is completely free regardless of where you live. Alternatively, we offer local delivery and return collection within 30 km of Lewiston for an additional fee calculated at checkout.

Free Collection from Lewiston

Collection from Lewiston is free.

There is no distance restriction when choosing this option, so you're welcome to book from outside our local delivery area if you're able to collect and return your hire items to Lewiston.

Customers who choose free collection are responsible for both collecting and returning their hire items to Lewiston at the agreed times.

Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for safely transporting your hire items. Larger bookings may require a ute, van or trailer.

A responsible adult aged 18 or over must collect and take responsibility for all hire items.

Local Delivery & Return Collection

Local delivery is available within 30 km of Lewiston for an additional fee calculated at checkout.

When you choose local delivery, return collection is included. We'll deliver your hire items before your event and return afterwards to collect them, so you won't need to bring them back to Lewiston yourself.

A minimum order of $150 applies to local delivery.

Please note that Local Delivery & Return Collection does not include setup or pack-down unless these services are specifically included with your package or have been arranged separately.

Travel outside our standard 30 km delivery area, difficult access, larger bookings or additional trips may incur an additional fee. Please contact us before booking if you have special delivery requirements.

Collection, Delivery & Return Times

The online booking system may display standard collection, delivery or return times when you book. Final times will be discussed and confirmed approximately seven days before your event.

Our schedule is carefully planned around each booking so we have enough time to prepare every item and ensure everything is ready for each customer.

If you've chosen Free Collection from Lewiston, please ensure your hire items are returned on the agreed date and at the agreed time.

If you've chosen Local Delivery & Return Collection, please ensure your hire items are packed and ready for us to collect at the agreed time.

Late returns or delays may incur additional hire charges, particularly where they affect another customer's booking. If you're running late or your circumstances change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Preparing Your Hire Items for Return

Whether you're returning your hire items to Lewiston or we're collecting them from you, please:

• Remove all rubbish
• Wash and dry plates, glassware and reusable serving items
• Wipe tables, trays and other hard surfaces clean
• Ensure rugs, bedding, cushions and other soft furnishings are completely dry
• Pack items into their original tubs, bags or packaging where possible
• Check that all hired items and accessories are accounted for and ready for return

This helps us inspect, clean and prepare everything beautifully for the next celebration.

On Delivery & Return Collection Day

If you've selected Local Delivery & Return Collection, please ensure:

• Someone aged 18 or over is available when required
• We have safe and reasonable access to the property
• Pets are safely secured
• The area required for unloading or collection is accessible
• Hire items are packed and ready for return collection at the agreed time

If we're unable to complete delivery or return collection because the agreed location is inaccessible or no one is available when required, additional charges may apply.

Setup & Pack-Down

Setup and pack-down are separate services from delivery and return collection.

Setup and pack-down may be available for selected experience bookings for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, location and availability.

Some packages include these services. For example, our Date Night – We Do It All experience includes local delivery, setup, pack-down and return collection as part of the package. Please refer to the individual product page for full package inclusions.
